elixa takes the protection of personal data seriously. For this reason technical and organisational measures have been taken to assure that the personal data protection regulations are adhered to, not only by us but by external services as well.
Personal data
Personal data is the information from which conclusions can be made about identity. Included under this is information about your real name, address, postal address, telephone number. Information that can not be directly associated with your real identity (for example favourite websites or number of visits to a site) are not included.
Basically you are able to use our on-line offer without the disclosure of your identity. When you register for one of our personalised services you will eventually be asked for your name and other personal information. It is your decision as to whether you supply this information.
Your information will be filed on a protected server in Germany. Access is only possible for a few authorised persons who are responsible for the technical, commercial or
